Relax
Do not bend yourself out of shape.
At the most basic level there are two controlling factors in your life.
One you can control and one you have no control over whatsoever.
Your job is to choose your options wisely and then to react or not.

The chaotic mind
A chaotic mind, over-active, always in processing mode will burn up the whole body.

De-stress
If you do not de-stress you may find yourself in distress.
Rest as often as you can. Society will try to tell you it is laziness, however, it is self-care and protection.

Ask for help
Don't be on your own with anxiety. Always ask for assistance. Don't allow pride or shame to hinder you, these are mind tricks to keep you stuck in a loneliness loop.
Ask for help; look for helplines or charitable organisations that may readily understand your predicament.
Express yourself - talk to others.

Eat for health
Look out for the times when you eat to pacify your emotions.
Recognise these times. Use a diary or journal to take notes.
Be honest with yourself.
The goal is to eat yourself healthy, peaceful, and calm.

Relaxation
Relaxation doesn't have to mean doing something completely different. It isn't necessary to join a class.
Sometimes just breaking your routine is relaxing, it takes you out of the repetitive loop. Take your walk on a different route. If you can walk by water, by the trees, on grass; give it a go. You may return with muddy shoes or splashed trouser bottoms but it will take your mind from fretting on your worries.
Use the change as a chance to look at the issue bothering you differently; try to process with less emotion.

Let nature help
Remember to 'tell it to the trees' as a way of admitting to yourself that there may be an issue you are not coping with.
Nature doesn't judge.
